Subject: Downtrendline break... breath... continuation up Monday
Based on TA, this stock is flashing several important buy signals.
Thursday's expansion breakout bar (1) broke the downtrendline (2) on
strong volume (3) showing confirmed interest (4) with ADX downtrend
strength declining, (5) a MACD-histogram slope reversal and imminent 0-
band upcross and (6) stochastics 20-band upcross. If I could show you
a picture on this forum, I would.

I got in today at 1.95, in expectation of a near-term 2.15 x 2.23
profit taking and ultimately a return to the 2.70 price consolidation
range. I expect this before earnings release on Thursday, Nov. 5;
everything after that will be based on the changed fundamentals of
that report.

But based on technical analysis, this is a very low risk play. My
trailing stop is near 1.80- the previous resistance line that now
serves as support.

Best of luck to you! Remember- no matter how many technical signals
are in your favor, the market is always right. Always use a protective
stop-loss!

As the name implies, LivePerson (Nasdaq: LPSN) designs software that
gives e-commerce companies a much more personal touch to their
websites.

For one reason or another, you have probably left items abandoned in a
cyber shopping cart just short of the checkout counter. Perhaps you
found a digital camera at just the right price, but had questions
about certain advanced features and couldn't find any answers. Or
maybe you were set to buy the hottest toy as a birthday present, but
ran into problems with gift-wrapping or shipping options.

That's a really good question. I think they are going to be in trouble
considering the alternatives that are springing up as well. For
example, a company named Goofi is offering basically the same service
at a much lower cost -- and they have a free 1-year trial for small
businesses. As more people are adopting the live chat idea, I think the
cost will have to go down. So I see LivePerson's stock price floating
around $7-8 for quite some time until the reposition their focus on
something more than chat.
