This is NWD's new all time low.

Amazing that a company with supposedly 69 million in assets could be
bought today for less than 10 million dollars based on the todays NEW
historical low and not only that they claim too be the forth largest
seller of flour and noodles in China!!!

Based on recent performance the people of China must have decided that
rice is much better bargain .. but doubt that to be the case since
there competitors seemed to have taken more market share from them.

I think they might need to find someone to buy them out that knows how
to run a food factory..

Oh and can afford a investor relations otfit that also cold update
there outdated website.

Filed a Complaint to the SEC and the AMEX exchange.

If you own there stock you should do the same..

Yea i cant believe it myself!  Only hope now is if they get bought
out.  Under current management, it could take a while for them to pull
out.  Regarding your complaint, I have never done that before.  What
exactly did you file with them?

is so out of date to be misleading. Fact the SanHae factory was sold

but with such a huge loss in larket share that cannot possibly be the
truth.

That was just but a few of my complaints there also continue to dump
money increasing the size of the packaging factory but will not expand
on if they are still producing anything there while the expansion is
happening. They have spent nearly the same amount in expanding the
factory but do not indicate that they have any contracts in line for
the potential packaging operation to start up. They cannot or do not
own a camera I guess to even post a few picks of the place as it is
being exapnded (wouldn't it be nice to see a few photos of the ongoing
expansion?).. .. I could go on but you get the idea and you can file
complaints too but go ahead and read through the 215+ filings to see
other questionable statements... You will also see and maybe many
other companies do the same but nearly all the reports appear to be
cut and pasted with just a smattering of new sentences here and there.
Not very refreshing, transparent, or encouraging in the way it is
written at all.

Why do you suppose after the 3rd web cast of the filings (8,10K etc)
they quit doing that fired there investor relations group etc??

I write Mrs Ling Wang nearly everyday and anyone else invested should
keep on there ass as well!!!
