Yes you heard right they posted a recent filing to allow them too
dilute even further the value of the shares presently out on the
market.

Basically it the only legal way they can continue to screw the
investors who may have bought shares under the pretense that the last
prospectus indicating they had no intentions of releasing anymore
shares onto the market!!!!
