Subject: are they protected by the PRC
New Dragon Asia (NWD),
Is it perfectly ok for a company to refuse to answer simple quesitions
such as there physical address of there supposed factories?
I have asked the SEC too check the questionable operations of NWD such
as the actions of the Chairman to claim he was so confident with the
operations of NWD he was buying a million dollars worth of the shares
over the next year (2009), instead he has sold millions of shares even
private trades less than the market price!!!
Is this perfectly acceptable management practice? Can they do this
because they are protected by the lack of diligence of the SEC or are
they protected by the PRC ?

I have written many government orgs in CHINA and the USA and many
media orgs asking these questions but all are ignored?

Maybe someone else could give it a try :(

Heng Jing Lu, Chairman of New Dragon Asia Corp., commented, "I would
like to take this opportunity to reiterate my confidence in our
business. We continue to see strong demand for our products and have
established a track record of keeping our costs low, even in a
difficult pricing environment. I intend to continue to periodically
buy back shares between now and July 2009."

Mr. Mak's original employment contract with New Dragon Asia Corp.
expired on December 31, 2008. Although Mr. Mak had been in discussions
with the Company's Board of Directors to extend his employment
agreement,

***he ultimately decided to end his tenure due to family obligations.
*** Bullocks!!

Heng Jing Lu, Chairman of New Dragon Asia Corp., commented, "On behalf
of the Board of Directors of New Dragon Asia, I would like to thank
Peter Mak for his service to the Company over the last four years. Mr.
Mak has played an important role in our Company's development and we
wish him all the best in his future endeavors."
