Good opp to buy nwd at 0.14+ levels now? supposedly this is the
historical lows, as long as the company is still running business, it
should not stay this low???

The current market price makes absolutely no sense.

The current asset - all the liabilities will result to 70 cents a
share, with the book value at 86 cents .

Historically this company has an average price to book of about 1.6,
even assuming a 25% safety margin and do 1.6 x 0.75 = 1.2, the true
value of the share should be at least 1.2 x 0.86 = 1.032.

1.032 / current price of 0.14 = 737% or a gain of 637% if the stock
return to 75% of the true value.

Investors being screwed by management at every opportunity such as the
CFO being paid by diluting the the shares currently on the market,
then the CFO sells them all at any price, showing her lack of
confidence in NWD's future not to mention the Chairman also sold off
as many that he legally could but then again the Chairman is nothing
more than a puppet for those hiding out in the british virgin
islands..and sold them based on communication with these invisble
investors!!!!!!!
Must be nice to be able to screw US investors without any possibility
of being sued or prosecuted by the SEC lawyers.....

This Company couldn't give a rats butt about investors as can be seen
by the heavy selling by the insiders, don't buy and don't sell just
wait till these idiots are canned!!
