Mrs. Ling Wang returned the 2 million shares she was given as
compensation for taking the duty as CFO.

The 2 million shares were cancelled/retired.

I suspect that talks are on going about possible merger ro Aquisition.
I base this on the fact that she retired the shares and they have
failed to provide any information on there most recent meeting
regarding doing an RS...
