NWD seems like a "value play" to me, given they are trading 6-7 times
under book value and have cash in bank equal to share price.

never confrimed.. the above information came from ameritrade data on
thinkorswim platform.. other rumors of earnings report (unconfirmed as
well states 5th of Nov.

They almost never post earnings before or during market!!

I am hopeful that something has gone right for once!!

Yes you heard right they posted a recent filing to allow them too
dilute even further the value of the shares presently out on the
market.

Basically it the only legal way they can continue to screw the
investors who may have bought shares under the pretense that the last
prospectus indicating they had no intentions of releasing anymore

Is it perfectly ok for a company to refuse to answer simple quesitions
such as there physical address of there supposed factories?
I have asked the SEC too check the questionable operations of NWD such
as the actions of the Chairman to claim he was so confident with the
operations of NWD he was buying a million dollars worth of the shares

NWD has a very low P/BV but that's all. Last quarters are showing a
significant decrease in revenues and a turn to losses.
If they can make $7M revenues and at least $0.01 EPS for Q3, then it
will be again cheap.
For now this company has no growth, instead of many other chinese
stocks.
For example, I keep some GFRE.OB with P/E at 5, 7 new acquisitions,

Investors being screwed by management at every opportunity such as the
CFO being paid by diluting the the shares currently on the market,
then the CFO sells them all at any price, showing her lack of
confidence in NWD's future not to mention the Chairman also sold off
as many that he legally could but then again the Chairman is nothing

The current asset - all the liabilities will result to 70 cents a
share, with the book value at 86 cents .

Historically this company has an average price to book of about 1.6,
