I bought some thousands of shares this morning and feel lucky to get
the great price.

Seems like this is a company that has been around awhile and will make
a good turnaround in their sales as he economic recovery we are
experiancing matures. Things seem to be getting better and chinese
companies are expanding into Africa with the Chinese government
supporting investment there.

With the internal economic stimulus kicking in, the domestic market
should improve at a decent pace.

Over the longer term, maybe a year or two, the share price should get
back up to at least book value. It's hard to find a potential 6-10
bagger (or more) in the market today after the run-up since March.
This is one that a buy and hold strategy will probably do very well
and the price to get in is dirt cheap.

There is only a few (175,000) shares being held short, according to
shortsqueeze dot com and that tells me something. As shorts get into a
stock they have a tendancy to write a lot of negative things on
message boards. This puts selling pressure on the issue. A long holder
would be making a mistake to post their negative opinions on a board.
Kind of like shooting yourself in the foot. With so few shares being
held short there shouldn't be much of that in a serious tone.

I can see a buy out on this company happening. Classic case where a
takeover interest would buy all the shares they could as cheap as they
could and when the price moves up they finally offer a cashout figure.
When the volume starts picking up steadily that could be a buyer
moving in to get cheap shares before an offer. I'll take the $1.30 for
mine right now and miss the excitement of watching it go up gradually.
If no takers on that I'll be happy to put this aside and wait for a
awhile and enjoy the handsome profit in the future.

You need to email and write to them have it translated if you feel
like it.

Also if you have not done so you need to look at all the sec filings
and compare what you learn from it to what is presented on there
website. Reflect on the statements of the chairman and his suggestion
that things are loooking up and he would be buying etc . then and only
then file an SEC complaint doesn't matter if you know it's wrong or
not. If you think it's wrong or illegal submit your complaint then let
the SEC make a determination..

I may be crazy and if you think so please by all means ignore me for
others I ain't gonna beat around the bush. I want the current
managment kicked out to include a number of the directors. They have
at this point all failed the investors. We have not just lost money
selling the products but are losing all the monies invested through
issuance of shares to purchase property which has been sold off for
big impairments. This also probably explains why Lu has been given
directions from investors (holders) located from the British Virgin
Islands to sell and sell at any price for they too understand that the
assets are being sold off reducing the total equity of the company..

I for one like many don't have enough shares to nominate new blood but
I have written and hope that some of the larger fund companies take
notice and try too introduce nominate directors who are interested in
protecting the assets of the investors..

Basically it the only legal way they can continue to screw the
investors who may have bought shares under the pretense that the last
prospectus indicating they had no intentions of releasing anymore
shares onto the market!!!!
