If you bought shares back in Nov after The Chairman released news of
his intent to buy 1 millon dollars worth of shares then subsequently
sold off 10% then you should file a complaint against not only NWD but
the Chairman himself.
He purposely mislead investors knowing full well that although there
3rd Q report looked good the 4 th and 1 st q 2009 were going to bring
bad news..

This company also is at fault for not informing Shareholders of the
most recent meeting that was held june 11th after failing to get
enough shareholders to vote on a damaging RS move.

Last this company continues to operate a website that is in dire need
of updating to the point that any potential investor who comes across
it could easily be mislead..

If this were a US company heads would have rolled already. The PRC
could care less that US investors have been damaged nor does our US
State Dept. who is currently negotiating with the PRC over fair
trade!!!

The only recourse is too hope that enough sharholders file a complaint
then the SEC takes note if they have not already.
