They wish to screw the investors even more than they are already!!  Yes you heard right they posted a recent filing to allow them too dilute even further the value of the shares presently out on the market. are they protected by the PRC  New Dragon Asia (NWD), Is it perfectly ok for a company to refuse to answer simple quesitions such as there physical address of there supposed factories?
