Subject: Looking To Invest In ABAT
I'm looking to invest in ABAT and was wondering if this is a good
entry point now that it's value has reached more reasonable levels
compared to that in early August. ABAT's fundamentals look really
sound so I feel confident I can invest my money with them and not
expect them to suddenly go under. Any advice would be great.

I think it is. I have been watching this one for a while now and I
just now got in. Their EPS last quarter were a little lower than
expected. That, in addition the a general market pullback accounts for
the lower PPS in my opinion. Like you said though, their fundamentals
are very solid. They have some strong earnings projections for the
next two quarters though. If these are met, (and I am betting they
will), I believe they will start moving to new 52week highs.

Electric car industries will soar and so will ABAT. It dipped hard
today, only to rebound hard in return. GLTA

Great. Thanks for your input Bradley and YsoSlo. I do realize electric
cars will be the next big thing this upcoming decade, it's just a
matter of time and patience.

I just purchased some stock at $3.67 so we'll see how it goes.

Seriously consider CSGH,  they supply the raw materials to battery
makers such as ABAT and CBAK...HUGE future indeed.!  Good Luck!

How have they diluted shares? I haven't seen any news or info about
that?
Are they talking about selling shares to pay for this newest potential
acquisition?

Thanks for the advice everyone!! I sold at 4.20 yesterday and am
really happy. I'm going to look at the two stocks What! and tomasino
mentioned now (ALTI and CSGH). China is really investing in the
battery technology so I can't go wrong with CSGH, not to mention its
fundamentals look really strong.

Not a smart idea to have sold..... 58% profit  last quarter,  this
quarter will be good too, nice company to have in my corner, on the
other hand CSGH is still a development stage company, withe few
products and small profit margin of under 20%

The 4.6 million shares have already been issued and the stock dropped
10% that day.  The million warrants that were issued have a $4.70
strike price so you're pretty safe buying @ $4 but need to decide if
you want to trade and sell before it approaches $4.70 or hold for the
longer term.   Buying the warrants is another possibility but I can't
see bothering with warrants when the stock is under $10.
