I would guess sink! There is too much funny business going on with

I rec'd from the CEO, as did all shareholders, a special letter
explaining the reason why they need to "print more money" i.e., offer more shares. The excuse was lame and showed a great deal of ineptness on their part in managing our business. They wish for shareholders to vote YES on Proposal #2. I suggest we all vote NO, and 1) demand release of the names of the private investors, 2) demand a vote on future private offerings, and lastly 3) we demand they buy shares back from existing holders with the excess $30MM in cash reserves and offer these to the private investors.
