Subject: Is Cramer deliberately deceiving his viewers?
I'm confused.
According to him, CHU is partnering with Apple iphone in China. He's telling everyone to buy buy buy. But according to Forbes, CHU is in competition with China Mobile, a company with 3 times the subscribers. You must Sign in before you can post messages.

That is, CHU is in competition with China Mobile for
the iPhone business. So this isn't the done deal that Cramer seems to have his trusting viewers believe? On Jul 22, 11:51 am, Jim <james.c.l...@gmail.com> wrote:

I don't think he's doing this deliberately. A report had come out a
while back saying that it looks like CHU will be getting the deal and he was probably going off that. It also looks good for Apple that they would talk to both companies, so they don't look like there's backdoor dealings, etc. Either way, even if they don't get the Apple deal, CHU is very attractive - they've been beaten down in the stock price, like anyone else, but they have excellent management, and are investing in more advanced technologies. They also have low debt and can use cash in the tough times. It's a worthwhile investment with not much downside. I'm holding long on this one.... Cramer should have been clear that the deal wasn't finalized.
Blabbing without checking is irresponsible on a national show. On Jul 22, 1:00 pm, the big apple <dgmonlinepurcha...@gmail.com>

This is true. But, everything he says on the show is with his branded
style of hyper-confidence. Otherwise no one would watch. When people ask him lightning round questions, listen to what he says " I think" , "I believe", it's all his opinion on what he THINKS will happen, which is why CNBC has to put the disclaimer that these are his opinions not facts. Otherwise, everyone would be suing left and right. If we were to just take his information as fact, it would be the equivalent of politicians basing complicated policy decisions on what Jon Stewart has to say. The good thing about these TV personalities is that they are really designed to make us think. Jim tells us a bunch of stuff and we should do our homework to see if we agree. Jon Stewart makes fun of a bunch of policies - we should do our homework to see if we agree. Either way, Jim - you're gonna be fine if you're invested in these

Despite what anyone might say about him, check out the accuracy of a
claim he made a few weeks back. He said that you can use 3 stocks as bellweathers of the markets direction: GS; AAPL; SLB. They basically represent the 3 sectors that have been dominating the recent upturn. I have been following closely, even intraday and there is an incredible correlation between those 3 and what the broader markets do. If they are all up in premarket, the market opens up; if they are mixed, the market see-saws, etcetera. It even seems to correlate within the trading day, which I find very powerful with my trades. I am in CHU as well! I was in CHL earlier, but as a "Gorilla Trade";

Yeah, Cramer's sure accurate.
A few months back, Cramer announced EGO was about to skyrocket as high as AEM. EGO never budged. Still in the 9's. AEM still in the high 50's. On Jul 22, 3:44 pm, BooYahBass <mpmiha...@gmail.com> wrote:

According to the posts today, apple does seem to be partnering
with CHU. If it is true, I will happily eat my words. You must Sign in before you can post messages.
