I agree that SUTR is a great long-term buy at these low levels, but
your numerous spelling mistakes and lack of proper grammer hurts the
validity of your argument!

Your grammar is not that great either.

Good call Brian!  The "e" instead of "a" hindered the validity of my
critique.  That aside, do you agree that SUTR is a buy at these
levels?

Actually, you illegally joined two sentences.  There should be a semi-
colon before “but” and a comma directly after.

That aside, the financials are nice; and, the stock is/was trading at
bellow bargain prices.

(Current Assets – Total Liabilities)/Outstanding Shares is in the
$1.86 range.

70% of that is roughly $1.24.

I bought at $1.12.

However, I do think that it is important to note that they just opened
an office in Singapore; and, was reading in the WSJ that Singapore is
experiencing a building bust.

I believe you can construct compound sentences with "coordinating
conjunctions" (and, but, ect...) by using a comma!  If you connect the
clauses with "conjunctive adverbs" (however, furthermore, ect...) then
a semi-colon and comma are required.

I've been with SUTR for quite some time (actually made some cash back
in March of 2008).  I'm average in at around $2/share currently, and
believe it can double or triple over the next 6-12 months.  I agree
this may not be the time to open an office in Singapore (I didn't see
this news), but their penchant for expansion and earnings growth is
unmistakable.

You may be correct; however, I was merely point out that “you should
not throw stones in glass houses”.

Now, how do you figure that SUTR will double or triple?

You are correct about "glass houses".  Usually I wouldn't say anything
but it was so atrocious I couldn't help myself.

How is it not possible for SUTR to double (to $3/share) or triple (to
$4.50/share) over the next year?  This stock was in the $7/share range
6 months ago, and the same growth story remains in place today.  They
have added additional production lines to quench Chinese demand for
finished steel products that should accompany Chinese stimulus
measures.  SUTR has seen their profit margins increase due to lower
raw material costs, and seems well positioned to expand their business
beyond the Chinese mainland.  Roth Capital has a 12-month price target
of $4/share, and with all the positives going for this company, they
should reach that target with ease!

This is no Chinese scam.  The NASDAQ performed extensive due diligence
before listing SUTR, and Roth Capital covers SUTR and produces
detailed reports concerning the company.  They file their financial
reports on time, and have an internal auditor.  They even have a
professional website with multiple photos of their steel fabrication
operations.

Here is the URL:  http://www.sutorcn.com/English/Index.php

I understand that scam stocks exist, but I have no reason to doubt the
legitimacy of SUTR's business.

bootyp is 100% correct!  Who is saying such crap??

SUTR and ALL foreign public stocks are and can be bought or sold by us
in the USA in form of ADR's- American Depository Receipts- which is
basically well capitalized foreign public traded stocks of other
exchanges that are able to be bought by Americans on our exchanges
which they are listed, regulated and pay fees to be listed on our
exchanges and have to undergo massive scrutiny before being allowed to
be listed or traded on our exchanges in the first place!!!

So whomever is calling this stock or any ADR a scam stock, especially
in light of massive SEC and other investigative measures going on in
every aspect of the securities industries right now, is foolish words
to hear stated...

I just finished looking at the financial data and it seems almost to
good to be true. Like really its scary. The book value on this thing
is almost $4, the p/e ratio using post crash earnings is 3 on the
current price. A healthy ratio would mean a stock price of $5, that is
using 4th Q post crash numbers. Not to mention analysts are predicting
a huge upswing in earnings for the second half the year as new
facilities come online. They have a relatively good balance sheet and
are almost certainly not fake, but its just wierd, I think that there
is seriously something wrong with this. I do not know what but there
has to be something, nothing is ever this undervalued. Maybye I just
haven't been investing long enough to know.

Mr Market is working hard; the emotions of "investors" have more to do
with short term pricing than one would think.

I know about Mr.market and all, but this is too undervalued. Very
unhealthy. If it was really as good as it looks someone would have
come along by now and bought the company, sold all the assests and
tripled their money considering this stock has a book value of $4.
