I am delta positive here. So price up = good for me.

Yes short term load before EPS and offload 1-2 days before EPS. Heavy
volatility on day of EPS. Typical earnings jitters. Time is on the
side of those who are long.

Capstone is one of the most beautiful charts that I have ever seen.
The SMA(50) ascends from the SMA(200) line at a steady and progressive
rate, the price consistently breaks the 52 week high, pulls back,
consolidates, and moves on.

Pure poetry.

Set your stops if your worried about earnings, but it is rare that a
stock has this much solid support, and a product to back it up.

hey i'm a new investor here and picked up yesterday morning before the
move up, $3.55 to be exact. i feel i got at a good time and how much
room for growth does everyone think this company has. I loved the
conference calls and all their technology and even was thinking they'd
be an amazing takeover target for someone like caterpillar to join the
green movement. Just looking for some thoughts on these, thanks. go

Resistance level is near $4. Deaccumulation from yesterday's buyers
near closing today.

Support was raised to around $3.62 last up/down pattern. Beyond this
bear short-term = is a long bullish trend pattern.

CPST will be a greater force (strength) each drop and push.

well i like to go at least 3-4 quarters to evaluate so i guess you
would say i'm long, so if you're expecting a slight bit more selloff i
would take that with open arms to buy more. what was your short term
timeframe are we talking weeks or months bc it seemed like this coming
earnings could potentially have a lot of new information attached to
it, if not this earnings definitely next.

I concur with nerds short term. Strong resistance at just under $4 and
and the SMA(9) indicates support at about $3.63 (I say maybe $3.70)
that we may retest before going back up. Once we close above $4 then
it will be clear sailing up another 30 cents+/-.

But hey - remember when we had the same same problem At $3? Seems like
it was only over a week ago. Oh wait...it was:-)

These are the trends sans news - you all know what happens when that
goes on.

When I invest I use the SMA(50) over the SMA(200) for long term
trends, and when I trade I will use the SMA(9), SMA(12), and the
SMA(24) lines for short term signals. I never bother checking the
short term SMA's for Capstone because the long term is too convincing
until the story changes.

The reversal pressure of the final minute was amazing. I would
estimate a high after market run for CPST. Now the dynamics we be VERY
interesting tomorrow. Unfortunately I will be on a little vacation
