I bet $1 that this downgrade will not appear in the Google Finance
news, as all the negative news in the past day were deliberately
processed.

Nov 2nd, 2009. Mainfirst stated that the market overestimated the
growth of the new 2D game Meng Huan Zhu Xian, which is a direct
competitor to the company's Meng Huan Xi You; and underestimated the
risk of government regulation.

The reason why NTES rented WoW from Activision was that its in-house
developed online games are not popular among players, so profit margin
have been dropping over the past quarters.

Without WoW, 3rd largest game provider NTES will sink further.  At
least Q3 earnings will be ugly from much down time and high cost to
rent and modify WoW.

I simply go with Shanda Games, which is trouble free, high profit
margin, and cash rich.
