I can see that, just wondering if the company is actually doing <br> anything. I think you're right! I have been tracing this stock in the past week <br> and it gained 43 %. It seems like they have some good news coming out <br> with their revenues and the Octavian merger . It should drive this <br> stock up!

No... there was a Nasdaq error and the stock was delisted on Friday <br> April 25. Monday the stock crashed because everyone thought this was <br> it... PACT was now a penny stock. We should have a pop up to 2.5 and a <br> slow upward trend back to 5 by January 2009 once they annonce done <br> deal with Octavian merger.
