No... there was a Nasdaq error and the stock was delisted on Friday
April 25.  Monday the stock crashed because everyone thought this was
it... PACT was now a penny stock. We should have a pop up to 2.5 and a
slow upward trend back to 5 by January 2009 once they annonce done
deal with Octavian merger.
