I can only surmise it's something to do with a possible hostile
takeover bid for another small cap tech company called Aladdin. It
seems that Aladdin is undervalued, so Ceragon - another undervalued
company - has gone up in 'sympathy'.

I surmise it's something to do with a rumored hostile takeover bid for
another small cap tech company "Aladdin". It seems Aladdin is
undervalued and ripe for a takeover. Ceragon being of similar ilk,
with such a low P/E has risen in sympathy.
