thats a difficult call since that article is from the 29th of may.
After bernanke called a halt yesterday to lowering interest rates to
curb inflation and lift the dollar it all depends on production supply
and demand and they are already talking about more drilling and
refinery building

Damn tough to get interested in this stock until China lifts the
freeze on retail fuel and refined products. That won't happen before
the Olympics and even then it may be only half measures.
