Investors be ware, if you take this pseudo gurus at heart, you get
what you paid for.

It would be nice if some one told us what stock to ride before the
rally, but the chimp's guess is as good as any other.

Here's what happened the upgrade was a pump to sucker people into
buying shares right before the dump, you're lucky I posted and you
sold you moron.  My advise wait until it goes under $2 preferably in
the $1.50 to $1.80 range.

Like I said before the pump:

ah-ha,  there's support at $1.92 (Note June 23)  You really think it
will break below that to $1.50-1.80 range?....

I think the $1.92 floor will hold.

I'm not a technical trader however I would agree that we are in what
can best be described as a market ruled by technical's.

Around $1.80 was the range that the last capital raising took place,
right?

Last time Goldman said Oil was going to $80 after it breached $75 I
warned that if Goldman says its going up its going down and I
recommended buying DUG to dhort oil which is what I did and suggested
others on this board.

I see the above two relationships to ESLR more important that some
technical moving averages or theoretical support levels.

I think $1.80 is a sure thing and that $1.50 is a maybe.

I also believe that with earnings season upon us all things may break
down and my lead indicator or canary in the coal mine is RIMM taking a
bath on what was otherwise a good report.

The JPM upgrade a contrary signal to the downside and the timing/
results can't be ignored.

Watch the earnings reports for buy and sell signals and follow the
news on ICE and commodities regulation and also look at LDK revenues
down, margins down and production up.

CNBC was all over the oil price manipulation news with that fairy
princess Larry "Goldie Locks" Kudlow waving the corporate flag as if
he gave a shite about the cost of living for Americans.  Oil going
down is good for the manufacturing base, if we're ever to have one,
and Larry with his wide mouth bass of a bitch side kick Melissa
Francis are chanting that government can't regulate oil markets when
they can't regulate the fininical markets.  The problem of course
isn't that they can't but that they failed too under the Bush
dictatorship because Bush/Milken/Cramer middle class hating fascists
destroyed the checks and balances that keeps the market honest.

They are the King Kong Apes of corporate disinformation and the
personal PR machine for the Wall Street criminals who pull Cramers
chain.

Not that I'm cynical, its just my style.

I am thinking oil is probably going to hold 59-60 for the time being.
Watching action on First solar today...when the oil market closed
FSLR moved from a low of 143 up to 148. to see any solar move ahead of
oil looks like a tell.

Still, oil traders have a lot of fire power in that market...they
could push oil down to 45 50. I would be cautious. But my take is when
oil is finished going down, we all get a fast money ride up again on
all the solars. Good money to be made. Cant wait.

Oil futures pointing up now, but beware. maybe a just a pause.

Now its just stock picking.

I hope oil stays down and alternative energy decouples from oil or
government taxes the shite of oil strangling the profit margins out of
that industry.

The idea of hoping the US economy get's squeezed on oil, exports its
cash while wreaking its national defense so that solar can go up is
IMHO nuts.

There are plenty other investments to trade on instead of waiting/
hoping for high oil and solar prices to rise, example shorting oil on
its way down.  But with Wall Street CNBC media whores calling oil at
$40 one has to be as concerned as when Goldman was calling oil at $80
about two weeks ago.

CNBC = Corporate Nut Bag Cocksuckers

My inside opinion, oil can be broken overnight.

Why?

Disruptive technology, patents held in secret under the dis-guise of
national security.

If they break out organically or some other country introduces the
technology despite US pressure, its all over for oil a bigger fraud
than 9/11.

and the power, nothing more nothing less, but yes, it could be broken

Its not worth playing in oil futures or solar stocks when the trade is
down---everyone gets outgunned.
The house always wins.

Just wait it out, thats all. Unless this gov't decides to take on the
oil traders (they have tried and failed many times in the past
decades) this
volitility will continue.

I was hoping Taco boy would comment on his moronic remarks that he
started this thread with and has avoided like the plague, you know my
advise regarding the JPM buy recommendation.

Regarding oil my DUG recommendation is up 500% over 2&1/2 weeks, that
was a $16 call strike July.

The only thing taco and mouth zippy can do is tell you the news that's
1 week old.

Trading is about predicting the news not retelling it.

Looks like crude oil is holding support at or around $59.51 and
turning upward. Look for confirmation on this support level next
week.
If it holds, time to get back in solar. Wait for the hold
confirmation. I will be looking for data to confirm this or look for
next support.
I am noticing buyers comming in to USO at $31.86 and first evidence of
oil being supported here.

Support as in pantry hose, this market is old and tired and earnings
season will likely do more harm than good.

I think we have a few head fake's up going into Options expiration but
otherwise we're in for a second drop faster than the most recent over
the last month.

I think next week Google is going to have another bad quarter and that
with hurt the market, Apple can pull sales out of any market however
even on a good report profits will be taken.

Goldman may report positive but that's only because they robbed the
rest of the US economy viva the stock and futures market oil in
particular.

My advise get at least 50% liquid going into next week and brace
yourself for a wild ride as the puts and calls go through the wash
cycle.

PS

I challenge anyone to explain "support" what support's a number?

How does it get its support, whats the mechanism for the support?

The only legitimate argument I'd make for analytical technical
gibberish is that if everyone believes the voodoo people with act on
it like a self fulfilling prophecy.

That belief system is only as valid as long as the numbers match the
mythology once broken they then fabricate new mythologies like "broken
support levels" to explain why something went down when they predicted
it would go up.  If a bear shite's in the forest or a bull craps on
wall street will it effect the market?

Anyone want to explain the physics of support levels, resistance
levels etc.?
