There is a possibility that ESLR could pull a rabbit out of a hat...We
cannot use the historical results to predict the future...sort
of...,but once again, who knows?  Worst come to worst, I might lose
another 20% after the ER announcement.  I am ready to buy more shares
at $1.01.  Bring it on.

How can one blame ESLR fopr the short-sightedness and stupidity of the
market? People prefer to accept the anti-solar propaganda than to
invest in something tried-and-true - solar energy. There is even talk
of building more nuclear plants! When lunacy such as that abounds, it
is not the fault of the rational and lucid that things are in a mess.
Perhaps ESLR could have and can do things a bit differently, but they
cannot make the horse drink the water they have provided. The horse in
this case is American society, and it is talking out its ass.

I bought this stock way before last Sept. at 12USD.  It got diluted
after they issued debts with stock convertiable options. Then It got
trouble with the Lehman's bankruptcy with unreturnable shares borrowed
to them.  Then it ran into liquidity problem.  Now we have to deal
with its lack of ability to generate profit.

In general, the solar and other renewable energy industries are not
doing nearly as well as logical thought would dictate. The strangle
hold of old-way thinking keeps prominent in people's minds that solar
is expensive and doesn't work in this or that climate, etc. Meanwhile,
nuclear is presented as clean, cheap and friendly, and the public
swallows such dis-information. But, never underestimate the power of
people to see black as white; in Russia, many people are nostalgic for
the Stalin era. Certain folks in the world think Hitler wasn't all
that bad. And remember that almost half the US was pro-Bush and almost
no one visibly opposed that government and its idiotic global
decisions.

In an intelligent world, ESLR and the rest would be working night and
day and building new production capacity as fast as possible for the
replacement of the present system of centralized electrical
distribution and all its dangers (not to mention all the ugly
extension cords that criss-cross the landscape). Beauty, security and
savings don’t seem to count as much as I thought they would. That was
my bet on solar, and so far I’m wrong. But as long as there is still
life in someone, the person can learn. Things can change. I’m neither
a pessimist nor an optimist (nor left nor right nor conservative nor
liberal…).

Good luck to all.

What I think what moi_johndavid is saying is that in a world with
corrupt and selfish, psychotic leaders where decisions are made for
their own personal gain - nothing logical can be predicted. The hydro
engine has been invented long time ago - but its research and release
is sabotaged by leaders and powers in the oil industry - such as the
Bush administration.

The majority of the people want to improve things and make decisions
for the better of the population - while some don't give a damn and
take all the profit for themselves. Look at the recent fiasco with the
"Obama stimulus package" to handle a declining mortgage market on the
verge to collapse and recession. How is it possible that those CEOs
are getting away with giving themselves millions of dollars in bonuses
- then retire and dissappear?

Just because there was not enough "law and clarification" made on HOW
to spend that money - the banks are refusing to help any home owners
to refinance and take all the money for themselves! How sick is that?
This is a different subject - but the same politics is in play with
the energy decisions. The oil and its faul play in the middle east is
all about "making money on scheduled wars" - not at all how to utilize
the oil that is left or whatever what resources we are running out of
or not.

There ar too many fingers in the pie way up in the government to
decide in such things that would improve things for the better for the
majority. They don't WANT TO IMPROVE FOR THE MANY as then they lose
personal interests or "income from created wars".

A solar company is running into political barriers more than
technical. The solution is there but it is not implemented as it would
rock the boat in other ways that others have planned differently for.

Sick picture - but it is happening right in front of your eyes in they
daily news papers - all manipulated from the top.

There is NO global warming! It is all invented paranoia to create
panic so they can create more laws that prevent things and approves
things that makes more money for the government.

Anybody who believes that Stalin or Hitler were good in any form at
all deserve to have a bullet between the eyes.

Subject: Re: Hate stupidity, not ESLR!
When a significant percentage of a population is absolutely blind to
what seems obvious to another percentage, it is difficult in
psychological terms to decide which is hallucinating. Does someone
see
something that another person does not? Which one is experiencing a
 perceptual abnormality?

Some people feel the ole Uncle Joe wasn't so bad, after all. '"Back
then, in Russia unemployment, firings and layoffs didn't exist. There
was no foreign ownership of Russian companies and foreign strategies
were not being implemented. Many of the necessities of life were
decided for one. Now, there is insecurity everywhere, and there are
no
jobs and no money.!") Adolf Hitler is still (and, worse, again with
some youth) admired  and defended by a vocal few.

When one, on the other hand, feels utter abhorrence for the Stalins,
Hitlers, Pol Pots, Mao Tse Tung, etc./whoever, it is inexplicable
that
anyone could feel favorably. The fact that these others do feel that
way is confusing, but one has to accept it as a reality. There are
many lies at work in the world, and various ones recognized by
various
 people.

The comparison was with the credulity or perversity on the part of
believers in the cited totalitarians. When it is more than painfully
clear that such fellows are sad examples of human capacity, it
becomes
passing strange to deal seriously with any form of respect. When it
is
beyond debate that alternative energy works, is available and pays
back the initial investment, what is there more to be said on the
part
of dirty and dangerous forms? They can only be tolerated until the
replacement systems function. That is security for the people, and
security is the road to peace and happiness. Sending Americans to die
and kill for unnecessary ingredients to life is insanity, and the
 certain road to insecurity.

I don't believe anything was missed.

I always encourage right-wingers to exercise their rights guaranteed
by the first and second amendments.  I want to see you guys
demonstrate to everyone just how much violence comes with your ideas
of freedom and liberty!

I think it's truly an American right to be a two dimensional idiot!
