The basis for the upgrade was clearly stated. "The Evergreen and
Energy Conversion ratings are based on less downside risk."

Note:  I did not pick ENER because of its involvement with thin-film
technology that does not use silicon. Sorry, don't have the URL to
guide you to the article that panned thin-film non-silicon solar
stocks. ...  ESLR uses silicon in it's "string" technology.
