Metro knows what they're doing and is a way better stock to invest in
as soon as it breaks resistance at $40.

1.      Because not all bags that people bring in are the same it takes
cashiers a lot longer to pack bags. Making lines longer.

2.      Cashiers pack bags much too heavy and every time that I have asked
for them to not pack bags too heavy I have had the same snide response
from three separate cashiers of “Do you want to pack them yourself”

3.      Cashiers are not packing meat separately, in fact I had a bag
packed today with a raw chicken and fruit in the same bag.

4.      Cashiers are not packing bags in any type of order that makes
sense, more than once I have had heavy cans packed on top of fruits
and vegetables bruising them before I even get a chance to get home.

Cashiers are also noticeably grumpier because I believe that I am not
the only person who is asking that their bags be packed properly.
Grocery shopping should be a positive experience, you are in the
service business and the service that I have experienced over the past
number of weeks has been terrible, I had hoped that the poor service
would be a temporary issue but obviously it has become systematic.
Until the issues of poor service and unpleasant staff have been
addressed I will no longer be purchasing any groceries from your
chain.

I will also be adding this letter to investment forums as I feel that
other investors should be made aware of the situation at your stores
and should avoid purchasing shares in your companies as there is a lot
of competition in the grocery business and I believe you will be
losing market share over the coming quarters due to the poor service
provided at your stores.

I hope that you can remedy these issues quickly as I do believe that
the products that your company sells are high quality and desirable to
consumers.
