Yeah, a leak.
Like with HEB when it hit 4.62 and then dropped like a stone to 2.8.
Or with OPC when it did the same thing.
Or with DSCO, right before it lost 50% overnight.

I'd have to say it's most likely being played. Did anyone not catch

I am not surprised. This stock had to start going up and it has. The
warants are of course a reason why it was not moving and and the same may still hold it back untill they are all excercised. We are going to see the upward trend 'normal' to stocks so close to FDA approval. So expect a hefty increase in next 40 days. I started buying this stock when it was falling form it's early June spike and averaged 60 K shares @ 0.35 . I always believed in it and I am holding tight till the approval date. Coviden would only be paying a bonus most likely in the 3% to 5% range of anticipated market share not 10% to 15%. My belief is that Coviden puts the market potential between $600 million and a $1 billion. The $64k question is how long to penetrate the market and capitalize it fully. Also, is that purely the US market or global market? Since they've alluded to negotiating for further distribution rights than I believe that is the US estimate.
