Then the stock will go up....

PLEASE most of you should calm down...yes dissappointing but if you
sell out then what was the point-hold on for another year plus once
the economy re-bounds and sales come in for penssaid plus its likely
covidien will buy out Nuvo for this product. My personal opinion .75
to 1.25 in a yr

I am patient and wait until sales. But it's really irritating. The
thing is, why did any of us take the risk and hold this stock for the
past 5 months? What was the point? The price now is almost the same as
my price point that I got in on before approval. Why are investors so
retarded as to buy this stock in the 30 cent range and then sell it
AFTER approval for the same price? Why wait till after approval to
sell?

Risk is supposed to be factored into the price. The risk of FDA denial
is gone now, so why did the stock NOT GO UP? I'm just wondering why
did people wait wait wait and then sell for a shitty price? The price
on this thing jumps around so much, it's so shady. I'm considering
selling because I'm so tired of it when my stable stocks like P&G go
up on no major news besides decent earnings, and NRI stays the same
after the biggest news in the company's history.

It is dumbfounding to me as well as to why the price didn't go
signifigantly higher (0.65+ that was my limit sell point) once we
gained approval.  The stock is certainly worth more than .35 IMO.
Unfortunatley my opinion doesn't dictate what the market evaluates the
price at.
It was evident that a lot of retail was going to unload right away
after approval;  That for a second I didn't doubt.  Some have held
this for seemingly 'too long'  they have seen other opportunities
'come and go' or so they think during this market rally.  The cpl. of
'shake-outs' prior to approval certainly didn't help.  This got rid of
most of the near-term speculative money - the kind of money that could
have helped with an approval surge.  Furthermore, anyone that came
close to their stops prior to the approval were going to be happy with
any exit in the money.  After a "run-up" that included seeing sub .
20's for periods (however brief they were) would and obviously did
alert/concern some people. I sold approx. 1/3rd of my position first
thing Thursday.  Like I said I thought it would go signifigantly
higher but saw a ton of sell orders come up and exited 1/3rd my
position at the best price I could.
If you feel that mid-0.30's is too low you are probably right.  The
payments from  Mallinckrodt/Covidien alone will increase the net
profit for Nuvo immensly.  The first profits/revenue unfortunately wil
not show up on Nuvp's balance sheet untill Q3 at the earliest IMO.
For that reason, I am seeking other investment opportunities for the
time being.  There are a cpl of Vancouver/Olympic Investments that I
couldn't resist.  I'll definitely talk about these later once I am
assured they are 'pretty-sure' bets.  Until then the only spec plays
I'll toss out are SPM (scorppio), CVM (Cel-Sci), NSU (Nevsun) and RTK
(Rentek) - these are spec plays not for the feint of heart.  Anyway I
closed out my NRI today @ 0.39 - bought Scorpio and Connacher.  Sorry
guys/gals I tried to hold long (thought 6 months was sufficient) I
will buy again but probably not till late spring/early summer.  Then
we should start to slowly see the revenues of pennsaid come in.
