I guess I need to do some heavy reading and figure out how this all
works but a quick lesson would be nice.

I'm also new but I don't think there is any reason for people to buy
and every reason for people to sell. I believe in the simple answer :)

If you're a potential buyer, you know there is nothing really coming
for a while so there is no rush. If you're already in the stock, you
see that others are slowly jumping ship as they reach the conclusion
that there isn't anyone interested in buying with nothing on the
horizon.

And the market cap is down, does that mean more people are buying then
selling?

Looking at the bids and asks, it's clear that there are more people
wanting to sell then buy.   Law of supply and demand says that prices
must fall, and they are.

Market cap is the number of shares * the share price.

The price goes down because people are willing to sell for that low.
The share price is just the price of the last sale.  So there are many
people out there willing to sell NRI for 35 or 36 cents.  There are
just as many willing to buy.  Once nobody wants to sell for 36 cents
it will go up.  The volume is very high so there is no shortage of
either buyers or sellers.  Buyers are obviously trying to get the best
price and many sellers are willing to give up their shares for cheap.

The price goes down to reflect the companys true value.

Like I have been saying all along , the Net Asset Value of Nuvo , is
way less even than the current share price , but most on this board
just listen to the hype from other here and pay no attention to the
fundamentals.

If you want to play these volatile stocks , you have to set a limit
and get out while the hype is in full swing (yesterday).

Getting greedy and hanging on just because a few other amatuer
investors think it is going to make them a 1000% gain , is just
unrealistic.

This company has terribly diluted it's shares over the years every
time they needed cash , now with way too many shres at cheap prices ,
even amatuer investors can have a big influence on the price.

So to right the situation they would need to buy back shares or make
lots of money, I have so much to learn.

Remember, the common play now is the sell and short after approval.
The short interest is most likely building up, and dragging the stock
down. For extreme cases of this, take a look at stocks like BDSI, or
SPPI  [http://www.nasdaq.com/aspxcontent/shortinterests.aspx?
symbol=SPPI&symbol=BDSI&selected=SPPI].  See how they have been
hammered by short selling, and their share prices are far below the
pre-approval price. Major short covering may take place at some point,
though.

It's a biotech company.  Until it has revenue products then the only
way to raise capital is by issuing shares.  That's why it's diluted,
but dilution is normal for a small biotech.  Also, biotech companies
don't have many assets.  They're trying to develop new products so
their assets are in patents and research projects.

There are just over 300M shares out there. Say they earn $100M from
the creme.  That means 33 cents per share.
