Subject: Unexplained, Sudden Price Drop?
CEO dropped by %4 today early morning, May 26, 2009

It seems highly unusual, since the related stocks PetroChina,Exxon
Mobil(XOM), Royal dutch shell(RDS), all are positive, or at least not
moving down.
I've done searches on google news, SCMP, and straight googling but I
can't find anything that expalins this sudden movement.

Does anyone know what's going on?

Personally I am going to be closely watching the Chinese GDP numbers
for the next quarter, and if it is down a lot, I am deff going into
this stock. 60 is nice entry, and China is still growing. They also
have a nice yield. We could see triple digits again in a year.
Probably when he global economy starts to come back overall by q1 of
'10.

Run quick! Oil business is a CRIME that is against human. Oil business
has been illegally and wrongly traded and was pushed to so overpriced
by abusive investors. Oil price must go back to $63 a barrel which I
still see expensive.

He probably has taken a PE ratio from companies like Conoco and
multiplied it by CEO's recent earning forecast.

The government regulates the prices of petroleum products but not
crude prices so it'll have little effect to CNOOC. Though the
government do impose havey taxes on excessive profit margin so the
profits could be marginalised on that front but by no way they are
making losses. As the oil market slowly deregulated in China CNOOC's
potential will be more apparent. Only a wolrd recession which curbs
the demand of oil will stop it now.
