Subject: HON CEO championed by Cramer tonight
Transformational CEOs, Part III

On day three of Cramer's weeklong "Transformational CEO" series, he
named Dave Cote from Honeywell (HON - Cramer's Take - Stockpickr -
Rating) as the next great manager.

To recap, on Monday Cramer put Schering-Plough's (SGP - Cramer's Take
- Stockpickr - Rating) Fred Hassan on his CEO Hall of Fame list, and
on Tuesday he added Hewlett-Packard's (HPQ - Cramer's Take -
Stockpickr - Rating) Mark Hurd to the list. Cramer owns H-P for his
charitable trust, Action Alerts PLUS.

When Cote came in, things were "terrible" at Honeywell, Cramer said.
The company was dealing with billion-dollar asbestos problems and
company morale problems because previous CEO Michael Bonsignore was a
"despised figure," Cramer sad.

Cote pulled the company back from the brink of falling off, and now
the company has increased its sales and cash flow significantly. Even
though the stock is up 10 points since it reported earnings, Cramer
said he still likes it.
