Needham & Co reiterated a 'Buy' on Given Imaging
(8.5.09), saying  "GIVN could be an attractive acquisition target for
companies including Boston Scientific, Fujinon, Johnson&Johnson,
Olympus  or Pentax

the stock declined from a peak of 41.78$ and 30$ at 10.07 , down to
15$ at the beginning of the
crisis, and to 8-9$ today. I believe that the stock is underpriced
and
estimate the real price at 15-18$, and a possible acquisition will
rise the prices even higher.
