  I still think these levels are very good bargains for someone who has &lt;br&gt; a long-term viewpoint.   Seems like a nice buy here, I think if it breaks out beyond 35.5 it &lt;br&gt; goesa higher up if not it keeps going down. So I would wait till that &lt;br&gt; and get in there.
