ABX - BUY SIGNAL

After seeing a strong pull back in GOLD and GOLD Stocks, the major up
trend looks to resume. We have seen today among several GOLD stocks
signs of a bottom within their current minor down trends. Today ABX
has given us a Hammer bottom pattern. This bottom pattern has occurred
after a strong bounce back up over its 50 day MA around $40.43. A move
higher tomorrow over $42 would confirm the bottom at which time the ~
$42.00 level could become the closest support level. Also, if this
occurs ABX could go as high as $45.50 where the next resistance level
stands and a move higher than that could send it back towards $48.00
and a STRONG BUY SIGNAL would be triggered with a new 52 week high. I
have taken a long position in ABX today as I managed to enter near the
50 day MA while seeing the Hammer bottom pattern occur. A strong move
below the 50 day MA would give us a STRONG SELL SIGNAL, but based on
yesterday's and today's move ABX looks more likely to be heading back
up, and taking a long position at current levels is relatively safe,
the fact that ABX is so close to its 50 day MA and -7% to -8% stop
loss order is very unlikely of being triggered. Basically I see a lot
more potential of seeing ABX move higher from here than downwards with
a lot of potential of providing a very decent return if the stock
actually does start moving higher again. I have also set a BUY STOP
order over $42.00 to double my current position.

ABX - SELL SIGNAL

Despite Gold continuing to move up, Gold stocks started giving signs
today that it might be hard to keep up. Basically Gold stocks have
been going up so much lately that a pull back is imminent despite
Gold's consistent move up. ABX gave us a dark cloud formation after
giving up all its gains and closing slightly lower, practically flat.
ABX has finally broken its up streak, after 7 straight up sessions.
However, despite having a SELL SIGNAL, I wouldn't rush to sell if you
took a position recently. For the moment ABX could possibly pull back
to $42.00, and if we get a bounce back up we would get a BUY SIGNAL. A
move below $42.00 would give us a SELL CONFIRMED, where ABX could then
fall as low as $40.00 or $39.00. On my part I currently have a strong
gain with ABX for which I have set a few days ago a VTSO, that would
get triggered between $42.00 and $43.00. Although, like I said ABX may
bounce back up $42.00 and continue higher, since I have significant
gains I am looking to protect and lock in what I have. Once you start
making gains there is no point in risking more than you should. You
cannot assume that what the technicals say will always occur. If my
VTSO does get triggered to then see ABX bounce back up over $42.00
along with Gold I may consider re-entering into a position with Gold
either with ABX or another Gold stock. The market, Gold, and stocks in
general are currently at a critical point, and we should know perhaps
tomorrow or in the coming days if the move up will be accelerated or
if it will start pulling back as I'm expecting. The reason I wouldn't
jump to sell based on this signal is because some Gold stocks did
close up today and have not given any SELL SIGNALS, and are currently
HOLDS. Also ABX, despite being down today, it wasn't down hard to give
us a clear SELL SIGNAL, it was practically flat.

USA OTCBB NEWS, November 5, 2009: Again another buoyant session
showing increasing volume of shares traded for MYNG up 22% yesterday.
Golden Eagle has good chances of winning the lawsuit for up to $40
million placed against the current owners of the Jerritt Canyon gold
mill, Yukon Nevada Gold (TSX:YNG) and Queenstake Resources USA.

The lawsuit is in effect in the State of Nevada for misappropriation
of gold sales from toll refining for Newmont, deceit and deceptive
business with multiple vendors, and the omission to disclose their
true financial situation that results in owing more than $12 million
in vendor debt, and has resulted in the termination of 435 employees
during August 2008.

The claim concludes that Queenstake USA and Yukon no longer have any
credit or respectability among the vendors, suppliers, consultants,
former employees or contractors in Nevada and would therefore have to
rely on Golden Eagle’s clean slate in northern Nevada to incur
additional debt and commitments on which they would default.
Queenstake USA that had so damaged the reputation of Jerritt Canyon by
not paying suppliers and vendors that Golden Eagle had to repair
relationships and make extraordinary arrangements for coal, soda ash,
propane and other critical supplies that were fundamental to the
mill’s functioning.

ABX (Gold Stocks) - BUY SIGNAL

With the market bouncing back up, you can now expect gold to bounce
back up too as it already did today. I took a long position with ABX
at $36.27, with a stop loss at $33.75, and a stop buy order at $37.75.
Almost all gold stocks are pretty much moving the same direction (EGO,
AUY,GG...). Taking one gold stock over another should give you around
the same returns, I chose ABX over AUY because I prefer stocks with a
higher dollar value, making them somewhat safer. I decided to go long
ABX because it bounced back up strongly over its 200 day MA, while
this position also allowed me to set a stop loss order below the 200
day MA without taking on a loss of more than -7.00%, giving me more

My analysis on gold, is based on my observations of the Dow Jones, and
the Canadian Dollar Index vs. the US Dollar. All three are very
positively correlated with one another, and all have bounced back up
strongly today. The Canadian dollar jumped back up so far from $92.7
yesterday to $93.7 today. The Canadian Dollar bounced back up strong
support which was indeed around $92.7. When the Canadian Dollar is up
relative to the US Dollar, this of course means that the US Dollar is
down, and thus Gold is up as people start losing confidence in the US
Dollar. The Canadian Dollar being up is mostly due to Oil being up
because of the weaker US Dollar, and because Canada has a lot of Oil
resources and its value is mostly driven by Oil prices (it's an Oil
Dollar). The market being up so much, in part has to do with the fall
of the US dollar, where it pushes prices up to compensate for the
lower value. Usually when you see Gold up, the US dollar will be down,
and therefore Oil will also be up along with the market. Basically
what this means is if the US dollar and the market were to fall/
increase by the same amount, you would only have artificial gains for
that day, because the US Dollar will be worth less.

I think I should sell this stock right when the market opens and
secure the pre market gains.  I think the stock will go down through
the course of the day.

With not much else to invest in as employment figures rise gold once
again is likely to become the security blanket for most of the world.
Slowly we should start to see it rise over the next week.
