Subject: BILL OF RIGHTS a great new standard for all airlines!
I'm very impressed with JetBlue's decisive and effective response to
the recent "delays" problem.  Not perfect but it works for me, simply
put "IF THEY DELAY, THEY'LL PAY." A motivation for the airline to do
better and a good perk for passengers. OK...I'm back on board
JetBlue!  Now let's see some of the other offending airlines do the
same.

I am also a JetBlue employee and experienced the frustration with our
airline. We, as crewmembers, believe in our company and our ability to
turn this situation around to a positive change. I speak for the whole
of JetBlue when I say that we want to serve our customers better and
never have this happen again.

David Neeleman (and the whole jetBlue company) is a class act handling
the situation the way they did.  My father said, "I feel honored
owning shares in this company."  To me that is a powerful statement.
My only question is WHEN ARE YOU COMING TO MSP ???
