Can anyone explain whether or not there is any significance to the
fact that at least three or four Netflix insiders have been selling
pretty large numbers of shares over the last couple days?

They are mostly just options, part of their benefits package as
Netflix employees.

Reed and Hoag also have Netflix shares in some kind of trust.

They own over 2 Million shares (indirect ownership) each.  They
automatically sell off a small number of shares every so often to
cover their cost of living.

Reed only makes $850,000 a year for his salary.  He is worth well over
$80M in Netflix stock.

I do not see anything strange about recent trades.

This is a bear market you can't expect the stock to run for long
earnings miss back down to$34!

Today I bought a bearish put spread for the month of may. Bought put
Strike 37.5 and sold put strike 32.5. Yay! I wonder how much it will
be worth tomorrow.
