I don't understand S&P ratings  I like MT, however last Friday S&P downgraded bonds on MT to "near junk." Steel is going up now, but how am I supposed to react to S&P downgrade? Also I notice many of the targets on Yahoo of different stocks are quite low. Does anyone know if these targets are based on S&P targets as well? Look out for steel stocks  MT has gone up more than 11% in Europe today. It will have significant effect on all the steel stocks in the world especially in USA.
