Agreed. Lonestar never had any true intention of backing out. By 9/21
expect either an accepted reduced offer around 10-12.5, or expect LEND
to drop the case due to a Lonestar press release that they will honor
the 15.10 agreement...

- right on the money again. See my other posts - i haven't been wrong
all year - next up CFC - BUY that puppy if you can under 20

fair enough; I was wrong on this one, seriously didn't believe the fed
would cut. I'm certain that helped LS with this decision.

That being said, I'm running to gold, the dollar can't support this
inflationary pressure.

Very True - but also keep in mind the same inflation factor is also
affecting worldwide gold standard.
There's no sure thing anymore, whatever you do you just gotta roll the
dice and stick with your gut.
