and now it is off to court on 9/26 to settle this thing.it actually
might hit the 15.10,the contract that lonestar is under is airtight especially in delaware where they don not look kindly on people backing out of deals,a 12 offer will be on the table by mid next week You must Sign in before you can post messages.

Agreed. Lonestar never had any true intention of backing out. By 9/21
expect either an accepted reduced offer around 10-12.5, or expect LEND to drop the case due to a Lonestar press release that they will honor the 15.10 agreement. They just played the field for short suckers. And now, Thanks to Bush You must Sign in before you can post messages.
