Go to this webiste and read the 10K that the company came out with
after the close. You will be amazed that this company is still even around http://investors.accredhome.com (then click on SEC filings) I am floored at how bad things are. There is NO WAY this deal gets I had no idea!! You must Sign in before you can post messages.

10k went in this morning. The release of the inside info is what
dropped the bottom today. Farrallon, via options, already owns LEND's Paper. Loanstar would own the servicing and origination platform. If they renog. a tender offer to about 6 a share, they would have accomplished their plan of picking up the company at true fire sale price. They may have made the smart move pushing the original offer up to 15.10 considering they already assume some of the company's bad debt. They would owe that diff to themselves. If the infrastructure value of LEND holds up, Lonestar would still make people think your fish are going to be fresh, take orders, sell You must Sign in before you can post messages.

I was short this stock and got burned. NOw Im long and this thing is

Really? sorry to hear that. In my post i was noting that Lonestar's I wouldn't say that this is a long option either though.. a little i made a cool 30k with LEND in April-May... You must Sign in before you can post messages.
