This thing goes out at 15.10.  And, I hope you lose all your savings
when it happens for being so dumb. At the very least, you will learn
that ontracts are binding.

I hesitate to articulate for fear I may further deviate from the true
course of rectitude.  :P

I don't understand what you want. If you believe you are right, then
invest all your money into this stock.

NASDAQ is up 60 points, CFC is up 4.4%, NFI is up 4.5%, LEND is down
another 8%.

Subject: Re: Do we BUY SELL or HOLD this stock ????
I'm not a trader, so I'm not going to say anything about buy, sell,
dead cat bounce...whatever.
But I wanted to point out a few facts that people seem to be missing.

First, the "$2 billion that accredited has" as indicated by Cramer.
Cramer is a smart guy, and I'm not going to dispute his analysis or
whatever, but I'm not sure where he is getting this # or why he is
putting it out there.

The $2 billion figure is wrong. Accredited HAD $2.7 billion WORTH of
loans that it sold to Farillon, but AT A STEEP DISCOUNT. They didn't
make $2 billion from the sale.
Quoting from March Accredited statement...

"The $2.7 billion of loans held for sale will be sold at a substantial
discount in order to alleviate recent pressures from margin calls."

Secondly, according to Accredited's own documentation, as of April
2007, after all of the sales from the $2.7 billion WORTH of loans and
additional shares of stock sold, etc....Accredited had ONLY $350
Million left over. They used all of the money from the wrongfully
quoted $2 billion to pay off existing warehouse lines.

Quoting from Accredited's announcement on April 2, 2007
" As a result of the previously announced sale of $2.7 billion of
loans and the closing of the Farallon term loan, Accredited repaid the
majority of its warehouse facilities. The Company terminated four
warehouse lines after repayment of these facilities in full."

The remaining assets are used for day to day operations etc.  So I'm
not sure why or where people are getting this $2 billion that
Accredited supposedly has laying around, and why someone as sharp as
Cramer would be referring to money that was publicly announced as
already having been spent...I didn't read the SEC filings, so maybe
the figure he is quoting is in there...

Also, I have read the agreement with LoneStar. I don't remember if it
was something that I was privy to as an employee, or if it was on
Accredited's investor site, or what....In my opinion, the deal isn't
'ironclad' per se.   Although Lone Star can't back out of the deal
because of market conditions, there ARE many very specific
representations made by Accredited to be true or that certain
conditions do not exist. If those representations are incorrect or
misrepresentations, then Lone Star would be, or could be, 'off the
hook' if they wanted to be.

Again, I'm not a trader or advisor...just putting in my two cents...
First, Stockhustler...you sure are a pissy little *****.

Oh, btw, as far as the inability to break contracts, they are broken
every single day. 2nd, if you read the 10k, you would see that in the
legal action section, there is a party that is suing to stop the
buyout and has applied for an injunction preventing the sale from
going through. Accredited acknowledges that this could have a severe
impact on them.

Additionally, Accredited still has to come up with another 20% of held
stock just to get to the next step. The deal may go through, it may
not. I don't really care one way or the other, I don't have money in
it.

My opinion is, that even if the sale does go through, Accredited will
be closed by the end of the year...and I don't think you'll see that
$15.10...

- Stockhust I was right. Did you learn how to read the contract now?
If you listened to my free advice you could have made money, now you
are just another dumb looser. Watch this stock drop to under $2 a
share on Monday.

There have been no postings in general news or on Accredited's or
Lonestar's part regarding status on the lawsuit. Their hearing isn't
scheduled to take place until September.  The Deleware Chancery Court
does not maintain a public access docket, but it is available on
Lexisnexis.com/fileandserve
if you have access to Lexis, you might be able to see if there is
additional legal action taking place.

You aren't required to tender your shares, but Accredited, in a news
release (available on www.accredhome.com   in the investors section)
recommended that all shareholders tender their shares.  Obviously, if
you hold onto your shares, they could become totally worthless....or
they could go the other way....who knows.

I don't play the stock market, just have a curiosity, as a former
employee, of how this whole thing is going to play out.  I had been of
the opinion that as of the purchase of the Aames business, that
Accredited was going to go downhill. That purchase cost a lot of
assets and attention that would have been helpful. Almost immediately
after the purchase, business dropped like a rock, Aames loans sucked
ass, but still had to be sold. It diluted the quality of Accred pools
of loans, and the integration of managers and policies from the turd
of Aames caused a downturn at the same time that the market in general
tanked.

I think that if Accred had not purchased Aames, it would have had the
resources and cash available to weather this rough patch significantly
better. It's too bad, but C'est la vie. Now I'm just curious to see
what happens after Lone Star picks Accred's apart...and if the company
even survives past this year. If it makes it to December, it might
make a resurgence. Otherwise, I think it's done.
