I'm confused, why would this deal go through, the mortgage business is
screwed up now. That's why American Home closed so quickly. You don't
run a company for years then close the next day. I think this is a
sell. Lend is holding out on Lone Star and Lone Star is doing the
same. Because of the 12 million break up fee. But Lend is running out
of money and time and Lone Star is well aware of that. This deal is a
liabilty. I can't see it closing.
