  Did you know that on Oct 8 CITI upgraded this stock to buy and close &lt;br&gt; strongly around $42, only to drop right after that??? It seems like &lt;br&gt; you have to do the opposite of this crooked analys said. When the say &lt;br&gt; buy and it&#39;s gone up that means it&#39;s time to sell and short it. When &lt;br&gt; they say sell and reduced the target price than it&#39;s time to buy it.

  AITP (American Italian Pasta Co.) is a safe hedge. I see this stock &lt;br&gt; reaching $30 per share in the next year (Its at 17 now) People &lt;br&gt; generally stock up on cheaper foods like pasta during a recession. CPB &lt;br&gt; (Cambells Soup) is also doing rather well. Gold is ok, but you can&#39;t &lt;br&gt; just let your money sit on it. The price of Gold fluctuates too much.
