December. IS it about that time to BUY and RIDE the (Caas) Rally?

I look at charts over 5 years and notice the time frame of November 15-

says japan is having theres right now and is only gonna force the
chinese market down. ive been watching caas for about 7 months now and
am thinking about moving away from the virtual games and buying some
