I believe that the momentum of this stock has been driven too too
quickly. I built my position on LFC in the last week of August at $66.8. And within one month and a week, it already has 45% gain, which kind of worried me a little bit (well, making money is always a good thing, but sometimes you just want to know the rationale behind it). I just cut 30% of my position today and I suspect that there should be a correction during the middle of the week. Though some analysts believe that there is a lot of bubbles in the Shanghai market, I think the fundamental for LFC looks pretty solid to me. Nevertheless, I won't chase the momentum unless this stock breaks the 100 psychological resistance line. Oh yea..the "chinese version" of Warren Buffet (I forgot his name) also long this stock...just FYI You must Sign in before you can post messages.
