Subject: LTON severely Undervalued at current prices when MNC bought 6M shares at $3.8 recently? Value play?
LTON severely Undervalued at the current prices when MNC bought 6M
shares at $3.8 recently? Supposedly the big investor who bought at
such high premium price for high volumes knows more insider info than
the public, and supposedly MNC values LTON more than what they paid
for at $3.8 in order for their investment to have return? So at the
current price level of ~$2.5, we can see good value here, at least for
the long-term. Plus now LTON has got over $6M that MNC paid at no risk
to expand on their business operations. The cash per share for LTON is
$1.65.

Please note, the shares sold in USA is in ADR, which is equal to ten
ordinary shares, the ADR price bought by MNC was $3.8, while the
ordinary share price was $0.38, which is one tenth of an ADR price.
Please check the news release.
