Just got the notice from LTON in the mail. Looks like if the
acquisition is approved by the shareholders' meeting, MNC will start
to buy LTON at $3.80 for at least 24.8% of the outstanding share as
soon as early Feb.

Losses? Probably. They're not expecting to turn a profit until next
year. They are diversifying though... getting out of "wireless value
added" only services and trying to survive. I like the repositioning
and acquisitions.

I must have missed that in the daily news. Was something major
announced yesterday? It really looked like a short squeeze, but I
also noticed that many Chinese stocks with large gains yesterday.

I've just been staying up on it through the daily news. I've been
watching it since late spring, waiting until it found a bottom. I
really think that the valuation is at a level that makes sense ($2.50
- $3.00) but it seems like the market is still unsure since they
announced that there would be losses for most of the year. I forget

I hear ya'! Initially bought a bundle at 2.80$, then grumbled as I
slowly watched it drop to the .30's & .40's... then smiled and bought
more!
(Their prospected loss this year, their diversification)... I can't
find much, for the life of me. Just curious.

Man, I'll tell you, I really might have lost my mind here but I like
this stock. Any one else buying it up during these remaining quarters
of decline? I know they're expecting more loss this year, but I
picked up a few shares in the $2.80's and plan on picking up more as
it declines.
