Class Action Lawsuits question

Dear Investors,
I am a private investor from the Middle East. I purchased 100 units of
BBC stock for 9.1$at the 3/10/06. Now I see that there are Class Action
Lawsuits filed by some law firms. I have the following questions:
1) Do I have to register at one of those firms in order to receive any
compensation, if it will be given?

BBC has been consolidating within a narrow range for the past several
days. The stock price may drop further in December as more investors
long on BBC sell to record their losses for tax purposes. (and before a
possible delisting of the stock)

where the next support level will be established. (if BBC is not
