I guess that BBC is close bottom now. PE 5.5 for a chinese stocks.

At near 52 week low and PE 5.5. Similar company like EDU, EDU's PE
is 350. I guess $4 should be a bottom

compliant? It seems that BBC hasn't published any information about

Did you listen my advice? If you did, congratulations.
Now BBC is AMEX compliant. It is going to rocket next week.
Furthermore, these law suits suddenly seem quite frivolous, I doubt any
one of them might be accepted.

Let me try to help, with the caveat that I am not an attorney and
assume no liability for the accuracy of my comments.
1) You don't need to register with a lawfirm in order to be eligible
to receive compensation (if any) as a part of the class. The various
lawfirms who are seeking a lead plantiff in order to gain standing.

I agree, now would be a good time to buy Bodisen and wait for all this
to blow over.
After this all passes, investors will remember that Bodisen was one of
the top 20 growing companies in 2006.
