Now BBC is AMEX compliant. It is going to rocket next week.
Furthermore, these law suits suddenly seem quite frivolous, I doubt any
one of them might be accepted.

Let me try to help, with the caveat that I am not an attorney and
assume no liability for the accuracy of my comments.
1) You don't need to register with a lawfirm in order to be eligible
to receive compensation (if any) as a part of the class. The various
lawfirms who are seeking a lead plantiff in order to gain standing.

You will only get pennis/share at most from class action suits. It only
benefits lawyers, hurts the company's stock and its investors. It is

I do not hold any positions in BBC, nor have I shorted the stock.
(which has gone down today)
A rebound in price would be a good thing, however there is currently no
catalyst for a price increase.

BBC has been consolidating within a narrow range for the past several
days. The stock price may drop further in December as more investors
long on BBC sell to record their losses for tax purposes. (and before a
possible delisting of the stock)

i agree that the recently announced lawsuits reduce the stability of
this stock. I notice BBC rebounding slightly today. If this negative
trending stock continues its (short term) rise, it may become a good
short - given the fact that the price may fall to at least $4.50 again
during the next round of bad news for BBC.

Having fallen through its long term moving averages, I am wondering
where the next support level will be established. (if BBC is not
delisted) A few weeks of consolidation may provide the answer, but I
do not expect consolidation until after this period of negative
trending.
