| GOOG - Single Stock Futures (SSF) and everything about it... Discussion/ Knowledge sharing
Having heard about Single Stock Futures (SSF) for a while, lot of questions arise in my mind (and may be in your too..). First and formost, whats the difference between SSF and Options on Stock? Many of the problems R still there, but they were there as markets climbed higher end of last year. Just today companies that R holding auction rate bonds are disclosing their holdings and the extent of their rightdowns in value. Wow, people just do not get it. This is not a move against GOOG at all. The reason GOOG wanted Android was because slow innovation in mobile OS and slow/limited wireless broadband availability was keeping users from using their phones as an internet gateway.
