Not here in Europe yet although proposed under the name Milestone.
Looking forward to buying one when they launch.  Supposed to have
pinch touchscreen feature to zoom in and out but have no turn by turn
navigation.  Will reply when I have the experience of using it.  But
it seems from reading other blogs that plenty of people in US are
buying Droid and really liking it.

I upgrade my razr to a droid.   Its contract, my company has verizon
and many people are upgrading to droid.    It is amazing !     The
screen, features, response touch screen is very cool, much better than
iphone.     You can install Google voice also, just have to figure out
how !   no more expensive long distance calls ever.

I'm making only overseas calls almost. How do I do that on Droid so I
don't pay too much?
How do I get Google voice?
